During the Covid-19 lockdown, people of all ages have taken to the kitchen to rediscover the joy of cooking from scratch. Store cupboard cooking – making recipes that include ingredients that have a habit of living unloved at the back of the cupboard – has risen in popularity. We asked families and young people to test and submit their recipes, and they didn’t disappoint. This book contains 12 delicious recipes by 12 very creative young people for you to try at home.
