The purpose of this eBook is to encourage my fellow ARMYs to take a proactive role in determining how their time on ‘Stan Twitter’ affects them. I do not promise a mental and emotional fix to any ailments. I strongly encourage you to speak with a medical professional if you find your time on social media is causing a severely negative effect on your mental and emotional health. This free eBook is a kind of ‘self-help’ book, and though I wrote it, I don’t pretend to be any sort of medical expert or trained psychologist.
I can’t guarantee that everything in this eBook will work for you. You might find methods of coping that are completely different from what I mention, and that’s fine. As long as it’s healthy and it helps you, I’m all for it. I believe with some sensible adjustments, you CAN enjoy BTS ‘Stan’ Twitter and avoid the bad stuff.
