We were all there before. No matter how well you start, you end up hitting a wall. It’s the fall that no one can get away with. We give up, most of the time. We call it a day and hope tomorrow will carry on with the war. But these days, things will inevitably pile up and we find tomorrows are not enough. What if there’d been a better way?
When you don’t have any motivation left in you and you want to change it, you have to change your identity. In order to change it, you need to take necessary steps that dismiss your old identity and slowly help you to create a new one. Find something that excites you to help you to follow the right decisions, and inspire you to work hard for it. If you are trying to develop a new habit, motivation is an important ingredient. But we still need to remember that not all forms of motivation are created equal.
